THURSDAY & SATURDAY: 3PM - 8PM

Free Summer Bowling Program Details

• Fill out this form and return to Revs no later than Jun 30th.
• To help verify identity and prevent duplicate cards, you must bring a valid form of student identification: current school ID, current report card, school or homeschool verification, current yearbook with your photo.
• Passes will be given out between May 28th and June 30th during normal business hours.
  
• This pass is intended for YOU only. If it is given to anyone else, it will be revoked with no replacement.

• Each card is valid for 2 games of regular bowling (including shoe rental) for the duration of the program (dates and times may change due to events).
• For a one-time fee of $16.95, play 3 games of bowling every day instead of 2.
  
• For a one-time fee of $29.95, 1 adult family member will be added to the pass. You must have a child participating in the program for this offer. A stamp will be added to your child’s card, good for 2 games. Add a 3rd game to an Adult Card for just $16.95 more.
